Set in a quiet suburban street, this sun-drenched home features a tasteful blend of elegant old worldly charm and modern comforts.
You’ll love the spacious living areas decorated with designer furnishings and unique art. Curl up on the comfortable designer lounge and peruse the Netflix catalogue on the Sony Smart TV. Picnic on the sunny lawn. At sunset retreat to the private hideaway on the second floor complete with a bar cart and balcony for taking in the panoramic views of Watsons Bay and the city skyline.
Dine in the breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen with bench seating plus a marble table and chairs. Or make it a formal occasion in the dining room complete with a large timber dining table with eight leather chairs and a serving bar. After dinner venture to the courtyard underneath the festoon lighting and sit by the firepit.
The home is set close to public transport and Vaucluse village is just a 10-minute walk away where you’ll find cafes, restaurants, a florist, newsagency and a fruit and veggie shop.
Explore the beautiful ocean and harbourside walks just a few minutes away by foot. Pass the iconic Macquarie lighthouse on the way and stop for breakfast at the Grumpy Baker.
Take a ferry to the city or enjoy a round trip cruise around Sydney's picturesque harbour.
Please respect all furnishings and amenities. No jumping on beds or furniture and all suitcases must be stored on the luggage racks or inside the wardrobes. No suitcases can be placed on beds, bed linen or furniture.

We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, we note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout:
- Weekends (Fridays 4pm - Monday 10am)
- Public Holidays
- Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday)
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
