Relax on the terrace with a cuppa as you ponder the day’s activities. Beach hangs perhaps? Just 600m from the sheltered shores of Clovelly Beach and within a walk of Bronte’s famous surf breaks, it’s close to all the coastal action. Head out and breathe in the fresh salty air on the spectacular coastal walk to Bondi.
Cook in the stunning marble kitchen or whip up a meal alfresco on the BBQ. Fabulous dining awaits you close by with Macpherson Street’s Three Blue Ducks, juice bars and café society within a short walk.
•Please note this apartment only sleeps a maximum of 4 guests including infants and children. Due to the size we won't be able to accommodate more than a total of 4.
•Please note, this 2-bed apartment is just below the main property where the owners live full time. You will have your own access down the side of the property so you won't need to walk through the main home.
•There is a door in the apartment that connects upstairs internally but it will be locked on both sides.
•You will have access to the apartment and shared pool and garden.
•The owners upstairs do have a small dog that may occasionally say hello outside but it won't be inside your apartment.
•One of the houses next door is carrying out some building work. There could be noise from 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours.
However, we note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout:
- Weekends (Fridays 4pm - Monday 10am)
- Public Holidays
- Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday)
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
