WHAT WE LOVE
Greens Beach Solar Home is located on a private, bush-covered acre overlooking a nature reserve, only a 5 minutes' walk to the beach, National Park trails and a general store/cafe.
This luxurious 2-bedroom house features European-style triple-glazed windows and a large sun-drenched verandah. The view from the verandah is tea tree and Casuarina trees and you can relax with the sound of the ocean in the background and watch the wallabies grazing outside and sky fill with infinite stars each evening.
Fire up the coals on the BBQ and grill a fresh fillet of fish or get the outdoor pizza oven blazing and bake delicious homemade pizzas. Passionate cooks will relish in the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for putting together the amazing produce found in the Tamar Valley. When you need some time to yourself, retreat to the master bedroom and lounge on the king-sized bed with its private veranda. In the evenings, soak your tired muscles from a long day bushwalking in the full-size bath.
When it’s time to explore further afield, head to Beauty Point for brunch at the River Café then take the scenic drive to Iron Pot Bay Vineyard in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania's premier wine growing region, for a delectable lunchtime feast in the century-old cottage.

- Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours.
However, we note that during the following days and times, we will not be able to confirm any type of callout:
- Weekends (Fridays 4pm - Monday 10am)
- Public Holidays
- Outside work hours (after 4pm - before 9am Monday-Friday)
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
