WHAT WE LOVE

5-8 min walk to famous Bondi Beach! This luxury 3- bedroom home sleeps eight guests and has been recently styled by some of Sydney’s best home stylists. Feel the ocean breeze from the front door and be immersed in the Bondi atmosphere at all times. Enjoy complete amenities and modern luxurious styling, a perfect place where memories are made.

This idyllic 2-storey home is an easy access to some of the top restaurants and cafes in all of Sydney. When it comes to shopping, you’ll be covered thanks to Westfield Bondi Junction. This is one of Australia’s largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one-stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off-street parking is not available, however, parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets.

Downstairs hosts an open planned and high-ceiling living space. The spacious living room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows and features a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Apple TV and a plush three seater sofa decorated. There are also two single seaters flanked by lamps, perfect for catching up on some reading or enjoying a cup of coffee in extreme comfort.

The open living space then leads into the complete kitchen that features high-end stainless appliances and everything you need for Michelin quality dining. Featuring a top of the line Siemens oven, you'll have a built-in microwave and steam function allows you to become your own MasterChef. The kitchen also has a dishwasher with the necessary detergents so that you won't have to worry about doing the dishes while holidaying in Australia.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socializing and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

This space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend also this property is catered to families and children, its fitted out so you don't need to bring anything if you have small children.

  • The master bedroom has one block out blind for the large window however, the second small window is undressed to enjoy the Bondi morning sunshine. 
  • NO PARKING, restricted street parking only, a couple of streets back from the apartment approx. 10min walk there is free untimed parking - but it can be busy in the summer months.
  • Family Friendly, the host has: High Chair, Porta Cot, Baby Bath and Baby Buggie

Public Holidays

Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday )

  • We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
  • We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
