Every year we work harder and harder to deliver the finest of stays to our guests. This starts with curating a collection of beautiful homes, villas and apartments in Australia for our guests to enjoy. But it is also ensuring our service is tailored and offering extra experiences to make every stay just that much more special. Making a guest truly happy is something we personally love to see but we also pride ourselves in the service we provide to our property owners making their travel dreams come true with the revenue they earn from letting their homes.

We have been very happy with the management of our property while we have been overseas. The bookings seem to flow very well with minimum stress for us.
Communication has been good especially considering the difference in time zones and we would recommend L’Abode management.

We have just realised the enormous benefit of renting out our home to pay for our overseas trips especially due to increased airline fares and prices increasing worldwide since Covid.
Like so many Australians, we have close family members living overseas. Last year we rented out our home on the Northern beaches and entrusted l’Abode to manage everything whilst we were away for a month in the UK. The result was nothing but positive and we were delighted with how seamless everything went. We were basically able to pay for our flights and accommodation with the money we made renting out our home.
Because we had such a positive experience the first time round we have decided to do the same again this year. We are going back to the UK and also going to spend Christmas and New Year in the Canary Islands with our French family. If all goes to plan, we won’t be out of pocket for this trip as renting out our home with L’Abode will cover all of our travel costs. How exciting! We have now come to the conclusion that as our children get older, the world is our oyster. My husband and I envisage travelling in the future for a few weeks every year funded by our partnership with L’Abode.
Two years of lockdowns and staying in our LGA for months on end, it’s now time for the world to open up and for us to go and explore it.
A totally achievable goal by renting out our home with L’Abode and using the money earnt to start crossing off countries on our bucket list! We have already thought about heading to Africa on a safari next year!

Over the years we have occasionally rented our home through Airbnb, managing this ourselves and finding out how difficult this was, then trying several small Airbnb property managers which was ok but not ideal for us who want to spend our holidays without having to worry about our home rental matters. We then tried Labode and the experience has been awesome, both from a service viewpoint but also for the income being generated which is higher than when we were doing it ourselves. Finally, after this experience we decided to permanently rent an investment property through labode, again the experience has been great, the team is flexible, easy to deal with, no hassle for us whilst getting good income. I highly recommend the L’abode team!!!
